A letter to you, ten years ago.

So a friend wrote a letter to herself at 17, she got the idea from Kapgar, who got the idea from Alissa, who got the idea from Terroni, who got the idea from Maria, who (big breath) got the idea from Brad Paisley.

Dear Leee-uh,

I had to trash the first draft of this letter, because I’m worried about screwing up the time-space continuum. Your twenties are a great adventure. It all has to happen. I’m only 30 now, which isn’t as old as you think it is, so I’m not sure why it all has to happen.

But you make it to 30, maybe take an accounting class and learn how to budget. I’d appreciate that.

Sincerely,

Leah
