Another writing submission

While I keep racking up the This American Life rejections, I also continue to submit work other places. I guess that is part of being a writer. Blogging ain’t enough, is it folks. On the recommendation of a woman I met at temple last week, I submitted an essay to The Jewish Journal of Los Angeles.

It was my essay about why I’m converting. I went into their archives and read a ton of the first person essays. A lot of them are really quite good and I think my essay is a fit for them. We’ll see. I also submitted it to a book about quarterlife tales.
