Beautiful, traditional Christmas dinner.

I just finished watching the Top Ten Christmas Food Items in the UK on the BBC. All I can say is that I am ready to cook up a mess of British food next week. Christmas Pudding, Mince Meat Pies, Turkey, Goose, Chicken and Hams. Even Trifle–which seems to be what would happen if Denny’s or Perkin’s had a go at Tiramisu.

All of the information, recipes, photos are on the BBC website, of course.

Too bad I don’t have the kitchen to cook any of this in, but I can run down to Waitrose and buy a jar of Cranberry Sauce and a box of stuffing. Then with the Turkey steaks I have in the fridge I can make a Brody’s Christmas sandwhich.
