My older brother got caught in a bit of a catch-22. Wanting to provide for his children, but having a mileage restriction in the custody agreement. So he was stuck in Idaho in a low-paying job that made it hard to provide for himself and his three kids. It has been lifted, so he can get a job that will pay him well and use his skills.
So if anyone if Washington needs a whip-smart computer guy, I know of one.
