Experiments in cooking continues.

I am putting away the soup pot for today. I did make a successful pot of tomato soup for my sister and brother-in-law this weekend, which I was quite proud of.

Tonight I went to Harvest Time and picked up a chicken breast, which was more than enough for two people. I cut it in half and am baking it as we speak. I tossed it in a small pyrex pan with salt, pepper, cumin, onions, and a zuchinni. On the range is is a boiling pot of water with potatos and garlic. Mmmm. Garlic mashers coming right up.

I blew the order though, starting the potatos before the baking. So it will be a pretty poorly ordered dinner. Mashed potatos for an appetizer and then chicken for the entree?
