Im not that into astrology, but…

Early this week I felt something shift. When I lived in Colorado, my friend Liane would always say, “Well, Mercury is in retrograde,” or, “Of course you got a date, Mercury came out of retrograde last night.”

Last night I asked Ashqi, did Mecury just come out of retrograde or something? Cause something shifted. It’s true. This week it feels like everything opened up. I’m suddenly getting unsolicited compliments on my character from customers. I feel better. I’m doing responsible things like schedule my “ladies” appointment with a doctor and my semiannual haircut.

So I did what any girl would do, I checked my astrology. There is nothing but good news coming from the astrologers of the internet and newspapers. Things about it being a good week for doctor visits, haircuts, and diets. That it is a good month to be social and for romance.

I’m feeling that, even though I usually don’t put a lot of stock in it, I can’t ignore the latest cosmic shift.
