This is what Challah was made for…

I’m enjoying the fruits of my trip to the Kosher Market this evening. I baked Challah today. Fresh baked challah dipped in olive oil and hysop. Yum. And then fresh baked challah slathered in dulce de leche.

Dulce de leche from Israel tastes just as good as dulce de leche from Argentina. In fact is probably made or introduced by Argentine jews. Argentina had the most jews of any american country, other than the U.S. I assume enough have made Aliya and took their taste for dulce de leche with them.

Yum and yum.
