Compliment Comment

Perhaps compliments are in the air this week, as they keep coming up (as do synchronicities.) At a local coffee shop, I overheard this conversation.

“Your hair looks nice.”

“Oh, it looks kind of funny. It’s getting long, isn’t it wierd.”

“You need more compliments. You should be able to accept it and shrug it off. Be able to say, ‘Yeah, I know I’m beautiful.’ You should.”
