Core vs. Flex

Weightwatchers has rolled out another new plan, this time it is the CORE plan. You can eat LIMITLESS amounts of CORE foods and then play with 35 flex and your activity points.

I’m going to switch over, since I’m not on a computer all day anymore, tracking has become a bitch. Plus since we are getting all our fall candy and fall pastry in… well… it has to be sampled, right?

I have a consultation at the gym on Wednesday, so I hope I can get back on track with the weight loss and gym stuff. I have a 5 year reunion and, let’s be honest, I looked pretty bad a couple years ago. So it would be nice to be, um, hot this fall. Not to mention the ten year next summer.

I sound so cliche.
