For the 18th Time

I am making another final decision about moving/staying/buying/searching.

Today’s decision is to move across the street into a one bedroom, pay a little more rent, stay in my neighborhood. It is a sublet until November 1. That buys me a few months to meet with realtors and get my things together to buy, but avoid making a rash decision and buying too soon or on a shoddy mortgage.

Plus, according to my extended horoscope, mercury is going into retrograde and I’ll be in trouble if I sign any contracts before April 15th.

I’m looking at the place tonight, so I’ve got my fingers crossed that I like it.
