Glitch

Mercury is on it’s way out of retrograde and better get out soon. This morning my mortgage guy called to tell me there has been a glitch in the underwriting. Turns out the mortgage provider would rather see me with a credit card balance of $5000. The ability to carry a high level of debt.

What?

What about my ability to eliminate a high level of debt over the last two years? What about my ability and willingness to put my credit cards on ice (literally) and pay off the $8000 I had accumulated since leaving Fort Lewis College.

What the hell….

But I still trust this will work out and he is on my side. So I’ll just go do laundry instead of sit here and worry. After all, worrying won’t change the underwriting process.
