Hard boiled eggs, matzah and cream cheese.

I’m embarassed to admit this. Last night before I hardboiled the eggs I had for some easy pesach friendly food this week, I had to look up online the best way to hardboil an egg. What kind of home maker am I?

I am happy to say that I just had one of the five. It was tasty. Yum. The matzah and cream cheese was also a nice breakfast. Putting it together the night before made the matzah a little soggy, but that might be a good thing. Matzah is pretty f-ing dry. Now I just have an orange left and then I have to start thinking about lunch and dinner.

Passover kosher is a little harder than I expected and I’m just doing the basics.
