It is only 1:30 and I have my spinach appetizers done. The Dip is mixed and chilling and the Balls are ready to go in the fridge. The Meatballs will go into the crock at 5PM and the challah has another 30 minutes of rising before I punch it. Time to start cleaning.
Oy.
