I made the offer.

My real estate agent came to the shop. In between customers, she explained the contract to me. I wrote the check for $1000 in earnest money, signed my name about 15 times, and shook her hand.

I have made an offer on a 1 bedroom condo in Edgewater.

HOLY SHIT BATMAN! I made an offer on a condo! Can you believe it? I will know just before my 28th birthday if I am going to be the newest home-owner in Chicago. Man, oh, man. I made an offer. Two weeks ago I was looking for a new roommate, now I’m looking to be my own landlord in my very own condo.

Everybody cross your fingers or prayer if you are so inclined.
