In a nutshell.

In no particular order.

1. I rewatched Lost In Translation last night. It made me think about Japan and subsequently Tokyo Boy. Sigh. The movie is still good, even if we don’t talk anymore.

2. Did everyone else already know how simple it is to make hummus? Man. I made it tonight for the first time–1 can of chick peas, 1 1/2 lemons, 4 cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt, and tahini. It is so good.

3. Tomato soup still rocks. Made a batch of homemade stuff tonight. I’ll have lunch all week. I took it easy on the peppers this time, thinking I would share it with some friends who don’t like spicey so much.

4. Sat down with a lady from the census for an hour tonight. I’m a statistic now. Huzzah. I told her that I had experience jaw pain post-election, from teeth grinding. Also that my recent depression/anxiety was all election related.

5. I got two new CDs. A Pearl Jam and the soundtrack to Garden State.
