It is happening.

I heard back from the mortgage company and I heard back from my realtor. I could be viewing condos on Friday! This is a very quick moving and exciting process already. Last night I just kept repeating to myself, “I will move into a condo I own on May 1. I will get to buy. I will get a mortgage. This will work.”

And it looks like it might very well work.
