Jews in Senegal

I had a dream last night that I was accepted to ROI120. The orientation for the trip included the 7 North American participants and the 40-50 participants from Senegal. The blond, blue-eyed Senegalese Jewish participants brought a lot of cupcakes that I dropped my suitcase on in an attempt to get to my bat mitzvah. It was a bizarre dream and I’m blaming it on a sinus headache or bad chicken.

Then I wondered today, “Jews in Senegal?” Yes, of course.
