Nothing = bliss

This weekend I did nothing.

Well, almost nearly nothing. And it was great. What I did do was also great.

Highlights included

1. A hot shower and actually going to erev shabbat services. I was joined with someone who is on a path to conversion for this person’s first shabbat service. Love when I can be there with someone for that.

2. Coffee with a friend I don’t see enough.

3. A night out on the town with more friends which included belly dancers at A La Turka, a classy can of beer at Delilah’s and finally finding chair at Matilda’s. Ah, sitting.

4. Getting my wi-fi set up by Ted. Hooray!

Other than that? I was online and on IM a lot. Chatting with friends around the country. I was giggling over million dollar ideas and debating conversion standards. And I did send in an application to Chicago Mag. Feel free to also nominate me, but I’m suddenly too shy to show you what I wrote.
