I overbought eggs last week. I guess I thought that after my sugar scrub at Soothe Your Senses, I would have energy to bake some challah or something. Nothing doing. After yesterday’s egg cooking disaster, I decided tonight that the only proper thing to do was to hard boil the seven I still had.
