I got a couple links from Gapersblock and the CTA Tattler about the CTA entry below. Thanks for following and reading my rant.

What do you think about the impending closure of the Damen and other stops of the Brown Line? How will our neighborhoods and small business survive?

I agree with the commenter below. Shulter was able to yell because he is secure in his council position. Tom Tunney, a new alderman, had to offer the compromises and optimism. Both were welcome, but how I wish we’d booed a little louder or been a little more out of order.
