I get a lot of support on this blog from the WW community. Lots of hits, in fact most of my hits, are from either the WW website or the 50 plus website. I just wanted to say that after a couple weeks of giving up and not going to the gym or giving two shits about what goes into my mouth, I am counting points this week. I’ve already used most of my flex, but I honestly counted yesterday.
All I need to know is how many points to I get for my improv class last night?
Today I’m going to have some steamed zucchini and some salad. NO FRENCH FRIES OR ICE CREAM.
