Tomorrow is the day. I’m going to make an offer on the condo of lust. After work I went and got my eyebrows waxed and a manicure–why? to get away from food and the phone for awhile. I wanted to make an offer today, but my mortgage guy told me to wait a day.

It is hard to wait, but I guess this is the part where you seperate emotions from the business deal. This is 130K you are about to spend, take a minute, breath, wait. If you don’t get the condo, you’ll get another.

This will be the one and now I’m going to take a few minutes and figure out my new budget for when I’m spending $1200/month on my housing instead of $500. Whoever said owning was cheaper than renting was a liar.
