touching base

I’ve started a few posts in the last couple days, but end up distracted with little to say. So this is me–touching base. Saying that my second Jewish Christmas eve was very nice–dim sum in Chinatown, some challah baking, a turkey and latke dinner. It is nearly 1AM and I am totally wiped out and need to be up around 6 in the morning to get an 8AM train downtown.

So as soon as the challah is out of the oven, this girl is going to bed.
