So how did week two on WW go? I lost three pounds this week, bringing the total to 4 in two weeks and getting me down to 233.5. I did a good job with points and exercise this week. I didn’t use all my flex and I accidentally did the Wendie Plan, by having a big points day in the middle of the week.
