When Im 31…

My birthday is a week away, so I’ve had a few moments this weekend of “what did you learn this year?” and others of “what will you change when you are 31?”

1. I will take my writing seriously. It took two writing retreats to convince me that I’m capable of writing a novel and that people will want to read what I’m writing. Tonight I crossed the 6,000 word thresh hold on Accidentally Jewish, the novel.
