Wow, Invitation Consultants are Great!

Last night when I was reeling from sticker shock as I ordered my bat mitzvah invitations, I wasn’t thinking about customer service–just grammar, spelling, and ettiquette. Well, I just hung up the phone and wanted to say that they folks at Invitation Consultants are starting to sound like they are work the money.

I just got a phone call to talk about layout of the words (it is a four panel card) and to tell me they did a cost analysis on the response cards to see if I’d made the right choice. Wow. I mean, wow! These aren’t fly-by-night internet hacks, they actually care about their customer. I’ll let you know how the invitations look in 5-7 business days.
