I’m on the last day of my first week back on WW. Last night I got worried, only 6 flex points left. Shit. Then this morning, I realized that my points reset on Sundays instead of Mondays. So 6 extra points today–no problem. I plan on hitting the gym after shul today and riding my bike to my old neighborhood for some cat food. Spidey is a spoiled, spoiled kitty and the only place I know of to get his fancy pants food is in the Rockwell corridor in Ravenswood.
I have my fingers crossed that I lost some weight this week–but with one day of fasting and the two big meals on either side of the fast–I’m not so sure what it will look like. I know that I’ve stopped my inner cookie monster and candy snacker and “oooh, I’ll have a pint of that” innner ice cream goddess.
I’ll let you know in the morning, but hope to have dropped a pound or two. But to keep me honest, here is how my week looked.
